Only in the narrow sense — and the distinction matters. His 406-day first reign (November 19, 2022 to December 30, 2023) is still the longest in the AEW World Championship’s history. But as a claim about all AEW titles it expired in 2025, when Kazuchika Okada’s Continental Championship reign reached 648 days.
